Booking Policy

All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are subject to availability and may include a rush fee. A confirmation message will be sent once your booking is approved.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid fees, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

Waitlist Policy

If your preferred time is unavailable, you may request to join our waitlist. We’ll notify you immediately if an earlier slot becomes available.
