Refund Policy

At Guaranteed Cleaning Services, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our work and aim to resolve any concerns quickly and professionally.

Service Issues

If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will return to re-clean the area in question at no additional charge. Refunds are not issued unless a re-clean is not possible or agreed upon by management.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • 24+ Hours Notice: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund of any prepaid amount.

  • Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-Show: If we arrive and are unable to access the property or the appointment is missed without notice, no refund will be issued.

Deposits

If a deposit was collected to secure your appointment, it is fully refundable if the appointment is canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
