1. Services Offered

Guaranteed Cleaning Services provides residential, commercial, Airbnb, and specialty cleaning. All services are subject to availability and may be adjusted or refused based on property conditions or safety concerns.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.

• A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your appointment.

• Payments can be made online, in cash, or via approved electronic methods.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.

• Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee.

• No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure safe access to the property.

• Valuables should be secured prior to service.

• We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or unsafe environments.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

6. Privacy

Client information is kept confidential and used only for communication and service-related purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent.

7. Modifications

Guaranteed Cleaning Services reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
